By purchasing access to the "How to Sell High Ticket Florals"  Masterclass ("Masterclass"), participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between the participant and The Hotel Florist™ LLC, operated by Franceska McCaughan, and is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Payment and Access

  1. Fees: The fee for the Masterclass is due at the time of registration. Participants may choose from various pricing tiers, with fees subject to increase as the event date approaches. The initial pre-sale price is $29, the early bird price is $199, with the price increasing to $299 before the date of the Masterclass.

  2. Membership Access: Members of the "Behind the Scenes" subscription service will receive access to the Masterclass as part of their current membership benefits.

  3. Lifetime Access: Participants who purchase will receive lifetime access to the Masterclass recording.

Refunds and Cancellations

  1. No Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance on the day of the Masterclass.

  2. Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that the Masterclass is canceled by the organizers, registered participants will receive full access to a rescheduled session or equivalent content in another format.
