By purchasing The Holiday Bundle from The Hotel Florist™, LLC, you ("Purchaser" or "Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the products and services provided as part of The Holiday Bundle. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.

1. Introduction

The Holiday Bundle consists of two digital products:

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to these digital workshops, designed to assist florists in confidently pitching holiday floral solutions and activations to potential clients.

2. License and Access

Upon payment of the applicable fee, The Hotel Florist™ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials provided in The Holiday Bundle for your personal and professional use.

You may not sell, distribute, or reproduce the content in whole or in part without prior written consent from The Hotel Florist™, LLC.
The materials are intended for your use only and cannot be shared with third parties, including employees, contractors, or other business partners unless express permission has been granted in writing.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Price: The price for The Holiday Bundle is listed on the sales page at the time of your purchase. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Payment: All payments must be made in full before you gain access to The Holiday Bundle. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales of The Holiday Bundle are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once access has been granted.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided within The Holiday Bundle, including but not limited to video materials, written documents, graphics, and other related resources, is the intellectual property of The Hotel Florist™, LLC.

The intellectual property remains the property of The Hotel Florist™ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You are not granted any rights to use The Hotel Florist™'s logos, trademarks, or any other proprietary information.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Hotel Florist™, LLC makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the success or outcomes you may experience by using The Holiday Bundle.
You acknowledge that the success of your floral business depends on various factors outside the control of The Hotel Florist™, LLC, including your commitment, experience, and external market conditions.
In no event shall The Hotel Florist™, LLC or its affiliates be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of The Holiday Bundle.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your purchase of The Holiday Bundle shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations do not resolve the dispute, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
You agree that any claim or cause of action related to these Terms and Conditions must commence within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Otherwise, such a claim is permanently barred.

7. Force Majeure

The Hotel Florist™, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Modification of Terms

The Hotel Florist™, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of The Holiday Bundle after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with any disclaimers or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Hotel Florist™, LLC regarding the purchase and use of The Holiday Bundle, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
