Terms and Conditions for The Hotel Florist Profit Method Monthly Payment Plan

1. Introduction Thank you for choosing The Hotel Florist Profit Method. By opting for our monthly payment plan, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. It is important to read and understand them thoroughly before proceeding.

2. Payment Plan Details

Monthly Fee: The fee for the program under this payment plan is $399 per month.
Payment Plan Commitment: This is a legally binding payment plan, not a membership subscription. The plan requires a 12-month commitment from the date of initial purchase.

3. Coaching and Guidance Your plan includes weekly coaching sessions with either Franceska McCaughan, founder of The Hotel Florist™, guest coaches, and/or successful program graduates. These are designed to facilitate your growth and success in the program.

4. Non-Refundable Nature Due to the immediate access to digital content and proprietary resources, all payments made under this plan are final and non-refundable. Chargeback attempts will be disputed. Please ensure you are ready to commit for the full duration of the plan before enrolling.

5. Payment Obligations and Collections Failure to adhere to the payment schedule can result in suspension or termination of access to the program. Defaulting on payments may lead to the involvement of collections agencies to recover owed amounts.

6. Program Duration and Early Completion Incentive

Access to the program and its benefits continues as long as payments are made in a timely manner.

7. No Guaranteed Results Success in using The Hotel Florist Profit Method varies and is not guaranteed. It depends on personal effort, market conditions, and other factors outside The Hotel Florist™ control.

8. Intellectual Property Rights All program materials, content, and strategies are the exclusive property of The Hotel Florist™. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Legal Action for Slander We reserve the right to pursue legal action in response to slander or defamation against The Hotel Florist™ or its program.

10. Acknowledgment and Agreement By enrolling in the monthly payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Your participation signifies your commitment and understanding of these conditions.
