These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the purchaser (“Client”) and The Hotel Florist® LLC, a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business in Houston, TX. By purchasing the Hotel Florist Profit Method program (“Program”), the Client agrees to the following terms:

Intellectual Property The Hotel Florist Profit Method is a proprietary program developed by The Hotel Florist® LLC. All content, materials, and intellectual property provided within the Program, including but not limited to text, videos, templates, worksheets, guides, and other digital assets, are exclusively owned by The Hotel Florist® LLC.
This Program is strictly for the personal use of the Client who purchased it. The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, sell, or share any part of the Program with any third party. Plagiarism and unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of Program content will be treated as intellectual property theft and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Lifetime Access By purchasing lifetime access, the Client is granted ongoing access to the Program and all related content provided by The Hotel Florist® LLC for the duration of the Program’s availability. Lifetime access refers to the availability of the Program for the life of the Program itself, not necessarily the lifetime of the Client. The Hotel Florist® LLC reserves the right to make updates or discontinue the Program at any time.
The Client understands that while updates and new materials may be periodically added, these additions are at the sole discretion of The Hotel Florist® LLC.

Payment Terms The Client agrees to make a one-time, non-refundable payment as outlined at the time of purchase. By completing the purchase, the Client commits to the full payment amount to secure lifetime access to the Program. Failure to complete the payment may result in immediate termination of access to the Program. Delinquent accounts may be subject to collection efforts, and Collection Fees will apply in the event of delinquency.
The Client agrees that The Hotel Florist® LLC reserves the right to send delinquent accounts to collections and to add applicable collection fees to the outstanding balance.

Refund Policy No refunds will be issued, and all sales are considered final. By purchasing the Program, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
Chargebacks are not permitted due to the digital nature of the Program. The Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with their credit card issuer or financial institution. Violation of this clause may result in legal action, and the Client will be responsible for any fees associated with dispute resolution.

Slander and Defamation The Hotel Florist® LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for slander or defamation against its business, brand, or representatives. The Client agrees not to make or publish any disparaging, defamatory, or negative statements regarding The Hotel Florist® LLC, its owners, employees, or the Program, in any format or medium, whether written, oral, or digital. Any violation of this clause may result in legal action.

Consent for Communication By agreeing to these terms, the Client consents to The Hotel Florist® LLC contacting any cellular telephone numbers associated with the Client’s account using an Automated Telephone Dialing System (ATDS), as defined by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (and as amended), 47 U.S.C. § 227, for Program-related and billing-related communications.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Houston, Texas.

Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and The Hotel Florist® LLC with respect to the Program and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, or representations. By completing the purchase, the Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
By completing their purchase, the Client agrees that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and are bound by them. Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in legal action, account suspension, or other remedies as deemed necessary by The Hotel Florist® LLC.
