These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you (“Participant”) and Franceska McCaughan (“Host”) for participation in The Hotel Florist® Empire Mastermind (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Program Description

 

The Hotel Florist® Empire Mastermind is a six-month coaching and education program designed to help florists secure hotel contracts, create consistent income, and build thriving businesses. The Program includes:

 • Weekly Telegram coaching.

 • Bi-monthly group coaching calls.

 • Monthly 1:1 coaching sessions.

 • Quarterly guest expert sessions.

 • Lifetime access to the Hotel Florist Profit Method, The Network, and certification.

 • Access to tools, templates, and the Hotel Florist Network Directory.

 

2. Payment Terms

 

Payment Plans

 

Participants may choose one of the following options:

 • Pay-in-Full: $11,000 upfront.

 • 6-Month Plan: $2,000/month for six months (total $12,000).

 • 3-Month Plan: $2,500/month for three months (total $7,500).

 

Payment Responsibility

 • Payments are due on the agreed-upon dates outlined in your payment plan.

 • Failure to make payments on time will result in restricted access to Program materials, coaching, and resources until the account is brought current.

 

Non-Refundable Payments

 

All payments are non-refundable. By enrolling in the Program, you commit to the full payment regardless of participation, engagement, or completion of the Program.

 

3. Collections Policy

 

In the event that payments are not made as agreed:

 • Late Fees: A $50 late fee will be applied for any payment more than five (5) days overdue.

 • Collection Efforts: If your account is 30 days past due, it will be sent to collections. You are responsible for any additional costs, including legal fees, incurred during the collection process.

 • Termination of Access: Non-payment may result in termination of your access to the Program, including coaching sessions, Telegram groups, and Program materials.

 

4. Program Participation

 

Commitment

 

This is a high-level coaching program, and your participation is critical to achieving the desired outcomes. You are expected to:

 • Attend live group coaching calls and 1:1 sessions.

 • Actively participate in Telegram discussions.

 • Complete any assigned tasks or exercises to the best of your ability.

 

Confidentiality

 

All information shared within the Program, including coaching calls and group discussions, is confidential. Participants are prohibited from sharing details of discussions, resources, or other proprietary materials outside of the Program.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All materials provided in the Program, including templates, tools, and resources, are the intellectual property of the Host. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or reproduced without written consent.

 

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

 

The Program provides strategies and tools designed to help you achieve your business goals. However:

 • Results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your participation, effort, and circumstances.

 • The Host is not responsible for any financial, legal, or business decisions made by the Participant during or after the Program.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

 

The Program requires full commitment. No cancellations or refunds are allowed once enrollment is confirmed. If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for all remaining payments, even if you choose to stop participating in the Program.

 

8. Christmas Bonus (Limited Time)

 

Participants who pay in full by December 25, 2024, will receive an exclusive bonus:

 • A private dinner with Franceska at one of Munich’s most luxurious hotels, including personalized business strategy discussions.

 • If the Participant is unable to attend in person, a virtual strategy session will be offered instead.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

 

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through mediation before pursuing any legal action.
