Terms and Conditions for Petals to Profit by The Hotel Florist™
Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in the Petals to Profit course (the "Course") offered by The Hotel Florist™, you (the "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not enroll in the Course.
Course Description Petals to Profit is a six-week comprehensive online course designed for florists who aim to transition their business to full time, explore profitable avenues beyond wedding floristry, and achieve financial sustainability and growth in the floral design industry.
Payment and Refund Policy The total cost for the Course must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Given the digital nature of the Course and the intellectual property contained therein, all payments are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be entertained after enrollment. By agreeing to these terms, the Participant waives any right to chargeback or dispute the payment with their bank or credit card company.
Intellectual Property Rights All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, documents, graphics, logos, and written content, is the proprietary intellectual property of The Hotel Florist™ and is protected by copyright laws. The Participant is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Course materials for their personal and business growth. Any unauthorized use, sharing, reproduction, or distribution of Course materials is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
Prohibited Conduct The Participant agrees not to sell, share, transfer, or distribute any part of the Course or its materials to any third party. The Participant also agrees not to defame, disparage, or otherwise harm the reputation of The Hotel Florist™, its courses, employees, or representatives.
Limitation of Liability The Hotel Florist™ does not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of participation in the Course. The Participant acknowledges that their success depends on their own efforts, motivation, and the application of the Course's teachings. The Hotel Florist™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the Participant's enrollment or participation in the Course.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Texas for the purpose of any litigation that arises in connection with this agreement or the Course.
Amendments The Hotel Florist™ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Course website or upon direct communication to the Participant. By continuing to participate in the Course after such modifications, the Participant agrees to be bound by the amended terms.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Acknowledgment By proceeding with the enrollment and payment for the Course, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
