Terms and Conditions for Petals to Profit by The Hotel Florist™ with Payment Plan

Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in the Petals to Profit course (the "Course") offered by The Hotel Florist™ and opting for the 12-month payment plan, you (the "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not enroll in the Course.

Course Description Petals to Profit is a six-week comprehensive online course tailored for florists seeking to transition to full-time business operations, seeking alternatives to wedding floristry, and aiming for financial sustainability and growth within the floral design industry.

Payment Plan and Refund Policy The Participant may opt for a payment plan consisting of 12 monthly installments of $99 each. The first installment is due upon enrollment, with subsequent installments due each month thereafter. All payments must be made in full to retain access to the Course.

Given the digital nature of the Course and the intellectual property contained therein, all payments are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be entertained once an installment has been paid. By agreeing to these terms, the Participant waives any right to chargeback or dispute any payment with their bank or credit card company.

Failure to complete payment of all 12 installments will result in immediate termination of access to the Course, without prejudice to The Hotel Florist™'s right to seek full payment of the outstanding amount.

Intellectual Property Rights All Course materials, including videos, documents, graphics, logos, and text, are the exclusive property of The Hotel Florist™. The Participant is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Course materials for personal and business development. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of Course materials is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action.

Prohibited Conduct The Participant agrees not to sell, share, transfer, or distribute any portion of the Course or its materials. The Participant also agrees not to engage in defamation or disparagement of The Hotel Florist™, its courses, employees, or agents.

Limitation of Liability The Hotel Florist™ makes no guarantees of specific outcomes from participating in the Course. Success is dependent upon the Participant's efforts and application of the Course teachings. The Hotel Florist™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Course.

Dispute Resolution Disputes under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, adhering to Texas law. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Texas state and federal courts for litigation related to this agreement or the Course.

Amendments The Hotel Florist™ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications are effective immediately upon posting or direct communication to the Participant. Continued participation after such changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.

Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by Texas law, excluding its conflict of laws principles.

Acknowledgment By selecting the payment plan option and proceeding with enrollment, the Participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
