What People Are Saying:

The number one takeaway for me was the templates. That was always my primary interest because I know how to create them myself, but I'm too wordy and start adding too many columns and notes. I needed Franceska’s clean focused versions. Also, I gained more confidence about my systems just knowing they've worked for her. The intentional goal setting/financial exercise with writing out what it means and the projects/accounts I have to secure my annual sales goal.

The Petals to Profit course is a straightforward and easy to understand business course designed specifically for florists. The course is packed full of useful strategies like understanding the importance of paying yourself first and social media plans. I'd recommend this course to anyone in the floral industry who wants to have a successful business. I'd also add that the 1:1 coaching sessions are an amazing way to get advice and strategies that directly impact your business from someone who truly understands your business and has walked before you.

The key points that resonated with me was networking and scouting an amazing freelance team. Focusing solely on 5-10 key accounts and increasing their yearly spend can easily get you to your 6 figures. Working closely with your vendors on charge backs on damaged or spoiled product. If they aren’t open to that then possibly finding new vendors that have better pricing to help your bottom line.

Franceska is an excellent person to work with, as she possesses something that most creative people don't: business acumen. Too many creative professionals excel at their craft, but because of fear or ignorance never see what they are fully capable of. Franceska takes an idea and sees the whole picture from concept to completion, seeing all the details to make it a success in the most efficient way. Work smart with Franceska, which any small business person can learn from her.

I think it's a great program/guide, especially for someone who is just starting a business. I wouldn't change anything..it is a must!
